Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
